At FCA, we believe the school should exist in part as a means of socialization for our students. With a committment to kindness, we encourage students to go beyond the normal cliques and groups through being friendly to all.

To help encourage this behavior, FCA divides all K-12 students into one of four houses. These houses compete all year through non-academic and non-athletic events. Students can earn points for their house through service activities, demonstrations of character traits, or competition victories. Alongside staff sponsors for each house, students are given opportunities for servant leadership through several house leadership positions.

Through monthly house meetings and monthly house spirit days, students grow close to those in their house. The culmination of the annual house program is the Falcon Field Day where students compete in a variety of tasks. At the end of the day, the house with the most points over the whole year is crowned the house champion and their house name is added to a trophy permanently displayed in the Falcon's Nest.

"Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity!" - Psalm 133:1
